Built for the one person who runs HR alone

Two hundred-odd people, twenty-two businesses and a single person in HR. PuestoYa was born from that load: nothing important should depend on someone remembering it.

The PuestoYa to-do screen, in Spanish: 42 overdue, 29 this week, 38 in the coming weeks and 4 undated, and below them the list of contracts awaiting signature, sorted by date.

What the system does

A contract that is generated in one click, signed, uploaded as a scan and still verifiable years later. A file that tells you what is missing before an inspector asks for it.

  2. The documents in a worker's file, in Spanish, one card per document: the voter ID and the signed contract under review; birth certificate, CURP, tax ID, social security number and proof of address accepted.

    Every document with its status: missing, under review, accepted, about to expire. Whatever is missing chases whoever has to upload it.

  3. The contracts in the same file, in Spanish: fixed term from 14/08/2026 to 11/11/2026, number CT-2026-00009, signed, with the issued PDF, the signed scan and the link to verify it.

    Four types, generated from the worker's record, each with a number and a digital fingerprint. They get signed, the scan gets uploaded, and they download again identical whenever needed.
